1. Do you offer delivery and installation on the products you sell?
Absolutely, Showman Furniture will deliver and install any furniture we sell for a very reasonable price. For example, an entire invoice full of furniture including living room, dining room and bedroom could be delivered and installed locally for as little as $129.00. Of course some stipulations may apply. Understandably, some products take considerably more installation time than others; therefore, some additional costs would be incurred. However, all delivery fees are clearly understood before purchase so there are never any hidden costs.
2. How long does it take to deliver and Install?
Showman Furniture can deliver and install an incredible amount of furniture within just a few days of purchase. We have several warehouses in Maryland and Virginia with furniture ready to go. Of course special orders take longer, and four to six weeks to the home is the normal time frame.
3. What exactly does delivery and installation include?
Showman Furniture will carry the goods into your home, install them where you desire, clean up any packaging used and leave you with a beautiful new room of furniture. The purchase of delivery and installation also entitles you to our
“in home guarantee”, meaning that if something is not right during the delivery itself, we will fix it on the spot or make another delivery at our own expense if that is what it takes to make it right.
4. Will Showman pick up my old mattress when they deliver?
Yes, but please let us know at the time of purchase so the crew can plan out the space needed on the truck.
5. May I pick up my own furniture if I don’t want delivery and installation?
Yes, but if you do pick up your own furniture, you will receive it in the original packaging from the manufacturer and will be waiving the “in home guarantee.”. That means that if everything isn’t perfect when you get the product to where it’s going, you will be responsible for transporting it back to where you picked it up in the original packaging or possibly incurring a reasonable charge for a professional furniture repair if you so choose. Remember, when you pay for delivery and installation, you are being guaranteed that your product has been unpacked, inspected, assembled and ready for your enjoyment.
